Something not working?

Four Phases needs a free account, because it links two people: what she logs reaches your app, and your setup follows you to a new phone. Create one with any email, there is no confirmation step to wait for. Then onboarding asks for four things: her first name, the date her last period started, her average cycle length, and how many days her period usually lasts. Estimates are fine; the app gets more accurate as you confirm real dates.

Settings → Invite your partner sends her an invite. When she signs up from it you are linked, and the dates she logs flow to your app automatically. She sees a tracker, not your coaching tabs.

Live Sync is the lighter version and needs no account from her: she gets her own page from a link you send, and her three cycle numbers reach your app. Either of you can turn it off, which deletes them.

Both live at the bottom of Settings, under Danger zone.

Wipe it clears your cycle, streak, notes and Coach history from the app and from our servers, and keeps your account so you can start over.

Delete my account erases the account itself, your login and everything stored against it, permanently, straight from the app. You never have to email us to close an account. If you would rather we did it, write to hello@voreli.ai.

Four Phases schedules its reminders on your device, nothing is pushed from our servers. If they stop appearing, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Four Phases, then open the app once so it can reschedule the next cycle.

The daily brief and Coach chat need a connection. If it stays offline on good signal, close and reopen the app; if it persists, email us with roughly when it happened and we will look at it.

Four Phases is informational and educational software. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not contraception, not fertility planning, and not a substitute for healthcare. If something seems off about your partner's health, talk to a real clinician.
